Occupational health and safety management which will be approached in a holistic manner will commence with the promotion of a “Health and Safety Culture” for the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. The existing social partnership mechanism will be strengthened through consultation and participation of workers and employers in labour administration and inspection systems.
